How to buy online tickets, seating etc?

I’m seriously thinking of buying tickets for one of my favorate bands in december!
They are playing at the manchester apollo, and the tickets are about £20+
Can you chose where you sit, and if so, will there be a quick option on the website (quick incase they sell out aha) and how muich more do you think it will be to sit at the front? (I think there seated at the apollo) =]
